Marin is an AI assistant

Marin, our concierge, is powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a person. It can help you understand what to do next, answer questions, and connect you with the right part of AfterLife or a local supplier. A real member of our team is always available — just ask, or use the "speak to a person" option.

What AI can and cannot do here

• It gives general information and guidance. It does not give legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
• It can make mistakes. Please confirm anything important with our team or an appropriate professional.
• It does not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
• You have the right to ask for a human member of our team to review any response or recommendation at any time — just ask.

Your information

Your conversation with Marin is saved as part of your case so our team can help without you repeating yourself. Messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies. We do not use your information to train AI models. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it, at any time — see our Privacy Policy, or contact hello@afterlifetechnologies.co.uk.

If you are struggling

If you tell Marin that you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, it will pause and point you to immediate human support (such as the Samaritans on 116 123, free, day or night, and 999 in an emergency).
